PEBBLE ART DESIGN LICENSING
This is a Digital Licence - No physical items will be sent. You will receive your Licence as soon as you place your order to your email address provided at checkout.
COMMERCIAL USE: You may sell up to 100 PHYSICAL items (In Total) using designs from my website AMor Rustic Arts. You may not resell the designs digitally, must be physical pebble art items only.
If you plan to sell more than 100 items, please get in touch to purchase our extended commercial license: [email protected]
Your small business must be making the pebble art items in house. No print on demand services (Printful, Printify, Zazzle, Tee Spring, etc) are allowed.
All licensing is non-exclusive. The designs remain for sale for other small businesses to license and will continue to be sold through AMor Rustic Arts.
AMor Rustic Arts retains all copyright and ownership of the artwork and all derivative works at all times.
Contract terms are good for 2 years starting on the date purchased. You pay a flat fee upfront to licensing the art work. No further royalties are required.
No refunds will be issued after purchase.
