The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
*Custom or personalised orders
*Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your picture for any reason I will be happy to refund you your money if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. Simply send me a message to let me know you are returning the item. Carefully repack the item in the original packaging, and pay for the return shipping to me. Once I have received the item, I will refund you the purchase price of the item.
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me and appropriate action will be taken depending on the damage.
Any refunds for any products under the AMor Rustic Art Brand will ONLY be issued back to the same payment method as an anti-money-laundering measure.

PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: CANCEL PAYPAL RECURRING PAYMENT
If you are making membership payments with a PayPal account, log in to your Paypal account and cancel your auto payment.
Refund Policy
As these are all digital products There are no refunds given on any tutorials, courses or challenges.
Annual Membership can be cancelled within 14 days from purchase after this period it is non-refundable. It is a 1-year contract and commitment to E.P.I.C.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 48 hrs, prior to your payment being drafted, to process a cancellation. If sent on the weekend, cancellations will be taken care of the following Monday. Business hours are 9-4pm Monday -Friday.
If you cancel after your payment is drafted, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
When cancelling E.P.I.C membership, you will lose access to the Facebook group and all material and design rights privileges at the end of your current billing cycle.
There are no refunds on membership payments.
Billing cycles run from the date of your last draft. (For example, if your payment came out on Aug 12, that pays for the membership through Sept 12.)
